答：可於本署網站線上申辦系統或親至本署為民服務中心填寫查詢案件進度聲請狀，本署承辦股將回覆聲請人。
A：You can use the online application system on our website to enquire about the progress of cases, or visit our Civil Service Centre in person. The Business Unit of our Office will reply to the claimant.
